***This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.***

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Oversight & Compliance: Assist in managing program controls, risk management, financial oversight, and process improvements to enhance facility operations.
  2. Policy Implementation & Communication: Ensure effective dissemination of guidance from the Facilities Director to all personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  3. Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Support the development and enforcement of safety protocols and operational plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  4. Administrative & Technical Support: Oversee administrative processes and contractual requirements, ensuring all expectations are met.
  5. Multitasking & Organization: Manage multiple priorities efficiently, maintaining high attention to detail.
  6. Technology & Systems Proficiency: Use MS Office and office equipment to streamline reporting and communication.
  7. Other Duties as Assigned: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least three years of industry experience.
  • Industry Knowledge & Leadership: Understanding of facility management, security protocols, and regulatory standards, especially in secure detention or correctional settings. Experience in policy implementation to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Critical Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
  • Clearance & Compliance: Clean background check, favorable credit, no prior drug use, and ability to obtain necessary clearances.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
  • Work Flexibility: Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays. U.S. citizenship required.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
  • Primarily work in an office environment, involving sitting and standing for extended periods.
