Role Details

Position: Assistant Facilities Coordinator

Location: Pearland, TX

Pay Range: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers in overseeing maintenance work orders from start to finish.
  • Track progress of technicians and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with trades such as plumbing, electrical, and remodeling.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
  • Procure materials and generate purchase orders.
  • Manage job documentation, including photos, notes, quotes, and invoices.
  • Enter proposals and invoices into client platforms accurately.
  • Track costs and process receipts and invoices.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain an organized office environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or facility maintenance preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
