Hyatt Regency Greenwich is seeking a leader to manage the daily operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and to direct bar operations. This role will oversee hiring, training and evaluating staff, while ensuring service quality and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, hotel operations knowledge, and strong leadership and budgeting capabilities to optimize guest experience and revenue.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually

Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods as directed by the Outlets Manager. Direct the day to day operations of the bar operations.
