Hyatt Regency Greenwich, in Greenwich, CT, is seeking an experienced kitchen leader to plan and manage the hotel’s kitchen operations, including procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food.
You will supervise and develop the kitchen staff, control labor and food costs, and assist the Executive Chef with menu costing and seasonal menus; flexibility for AM/PM/weekend/holiday shifts is required.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annually Tipped/Service Charge Eligible? No Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? No Overview
Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Flexible schedule required AM/PM/Weekend/Holiday availability needed.
