Job summary

You will supervise housekeepers and supervisors, build schedules, monitor hours against budget, and uphold safety, training, and exceptional guest service. A high school diploma is required, bachelor's degree preferred, with at least two years of related experience; travel is rare and bilingual

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of related experience with progressive responsibility.
• Strong written and spoken English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by 5:00 PM every Thursday; assigns daily tasks to housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors.
• Adjust work of employees based on needs, callouts, etc.
• Monitor daily work hours to ensure budgeted hours.
• Follow directives of site leader in absence.
• Exemplify urgency to ensure timely turnover of all units.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
• Address areas needing re-cleaning.
• Conduct weekly reports for housekeeping staff and MSI reports for Supervisors.
• Contribute to welcoming culture and inclusion.
• Provide timely responses to associate concerns and coaching.
• Coach staff to reach productivity standards and conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce policies and SOPs.
• Interview, select, onboard, and train new team members.
