• Coordinate with ED and care teams to match residents with appropriate care levels.
• Monitor cleanliness, staging, and upkeep; flag concerns to leadership.
• Support move-in/out, room turns, and maintenance ticket completion.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and foster positive community interactions.
