The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for an Assistant Executive Director to oversee campus operations on its 52-acre Watertown, Wisconsin campus. The role leads interdisciplinary teams, develops budgets, and ensures resident-centered programs and services.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in health care, administration, social work, or business, and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
