Job summary

The Birches of Lehigh Valley in Easton, PA is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our senior living community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality care, and uphold our standards of dignity and respect for residents and families.

A college degree and state-appropriate administrator license are preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills are essential to guide staff, manage occupancy, and meet financial goals in a supportive, team‑oriented

Qualifications

  • College degree required.
  • Administrator license/certification per state requirements preferred.
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and completely is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Director in planning, development, organization, and day-to-day operations of the community.
  • Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for directing the management and control of the community in the absence of the Executive Director.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are met.
  • Lead, develop, and support staff through role modeling and the company culture.
  • Serve as sales leader of the community driving community occupancy, marketing outreach, and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed the financial goals of the community through revenue generating expense management and labor control.
  • Supervise and lead one or two of the community management teams to ensure a smooth operation that meets the needs of residents, families, associates and visitors.
