The role involves coordinating trades, overseeing materials, and ensuring open communication with general contractors and clients to deliver high-quality electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams and coordinating trades.
• Ability to monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Strong organizational skills under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental programs on site.
• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Handle field administration: timesheets, reports, diaries.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and logistics.
• Implement construction plan and schedule.
• Supervise and mentor electricians (15+).
