Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations in a fast-paced store environment, driving accurate order fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.

You will manage a team, coach associates, and partner with leaders to optimize inventory, schedule labor, and grow digital sales while upholding food safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading daily fulfillment operations in retail or e-commerce.
• Ability to manage high-volume order fulfillment and deliver accurate orders.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily Home Shopping operations ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.

Main responsibilities
