Job summary

Borr Drilling Ltd is seeking experienced Offshore Assistant Drillers to join our US offshore operations. You will support ongoing jack-up rig activities, working under the Driller to help ensure safe and efficient drilling in U.S. waters.

The ideal candidate has prior offshore drilling experience, strong safety leadership, and the ability to mentor crew members. Offshore certification and permanent authorization to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Offshore drilling experience and ability to supervise drilling operations.
• Strong safety leadership and the ability to mentor crew members.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing jack-up rig operations under the Driller’s direction.
• Contribute to safe and efficient drilling activities.
• Mentor and supervise offshore crew members to maintain high safety standards.

• BOSIET OPITO certification
• Offshore Medical Certificate
• IWCF Well Control Driller certification
• Confined Space Vessel Entry certification
• Gas Tester certification
• Experience conducting and supervising offshore drilling operations
• Previous experience as an Assistant Driller and Derrickman
• Advanced safety knowledge and leadership abilities
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States
