Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead and mentor the nursing team across its Iowa communities. You will collaborate with the DON to plan, organize, and direct care services, ensuring compassionate, high-quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards.

This role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and effective communication with residents, families, and the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing in Iowa (or ability to activate).
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• Desire to learn and grow as part of a quality focused clinical team.
• Strong commitment to helping others with empathy, respect, patience and discretion.

Responsibilities
