Job summary

TruTeam is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in driving the P&L and full operations of the branch. You will oversee HR, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, scheduling, and collections while leading a team to achieve safety and efficiency targets.

The role offers growth into Branch Manager or Regional leadership, with a focus on accountability, integrity, and outstanding customer service in energy-efficient insulation and building products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
• Full P&L experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age; valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! This role will assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.

Compensation Range

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00
