The Assistant Division Controller is responsible for the functional aspects of the monthly financial close, reconciliation process, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls. This role also involves business analysis and projects designed to enhance the profitability of the business units.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of accounting experience. A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment is essential, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, the ability to work independently, and contribute to broader team objectives are necessary. Strong financial and analytical skills, as well as effective organizational and time management skills, are expected.
