Job summary

Caltech is seeking an Assistant Coach for Men's and Women's Diving in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will assist in coaching, prepare for practices and games, and ensure adherence to NCAA regulations. Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of the sport.
• Possess a valid California Driver's License.
• Ability to quickly obtain First Aid and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching and teaching students in diving.
• Prepare for games and practices; ensure NCAA compliance.
• Motivate and oversee student athletes' development.
