The Franklin County District Attorney’s Office is currently looking to hire an Assistant District Attorney for full-time employment. Responsibilities for this position include appearing in Local, Supreme and County Courts, Grand Jury, motion practice, hearings, trials, discovery compliance. Admittance to the New York State Bar is required. We are accepting applications for individuals who have graduated law school intend/have taken the New York Bar exam and are pending admittance/results. We offer a competitive salary with the base ADA salary starting at $87,029 up to $104,827, salary is commensurate with relevant legal experience.
