The District Attorney’s Office is seeking a full-time Assistant District Attorney. This role involves prosecuting criminal cases in Franklin County's Unified Criminal Court and handling appellate cases before the Law Court. Candidates should have a strong desire for a career in litigation; trial experience and developed trial skills are a plus. Essential qualities include high ethical standards, sound judgment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and good organizational and time management skills. Applicants must be members of the Maine Bar in good standing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be members of the Maine Bar in good standing, detail-oriented, interested in complex state and federal regulations, possess strong legal advocacy and writing skills, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
