The Northampton County District Attorney's Office is currently hiring Assistant District Attorneys

The Assistant District Attorney performs professional legal work, prosecuting criminal and juvenile cases on behalf of the Commonwealth. Responsibilities include presenting evidence, legal arguments, and litigating at preliminary hearings, pre-trial motions, and jury trials. Candidates must have a law degree, a Certificate of Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Compensation will be based on experience.
