This prosecutor will be responsible for a wide variety of felony cases but will also train with our lead sexual assault prosecutor to learn how to prosecute sexual assault cases.
The applicant must be proficient in general courtroom practice, have some jury trial experience, enjoy trial practice, and have a strong work ethic. The applicant must be prepared to build their trial calendar and prosecute it fully, with an expectation that each trial session will result in a jury trial.
