The Fifth Judicial District Attotney's Office in Lovington, NM is seeking an attorney with an immediate opening for a new or experienced lawyer. Salary ranges from $80,218 to $100,272 based on experience, with NM bar dues and NDA membership paid by the office.

Must be licensed in the United States and JD degree required. The role covers prosecution of criminal and non-criminal cases.

Job description

The Fifth Judicial District Attotney's Office has an immediate position for a new/and or experienced attorney. Salary will be based upon the New Mexico District Attotney's Salary schedule with salary range of an Assistant Trial Attorney ( $80,218.00 ) to a Senior Trial Attorney ( $100,272.00 ), based upon experience. Must be licensed in the United States. This position is located in Lovington NM. The office will pay for your New Mexico Bar Dues as well as the National District Attorney's Association membership. This position provides for the prosecution of criminal and non-criminal cases.
