Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Dispatcher to join our Operations team. This vital role acts as the "glue" ensuring smooth coordination among team members to keep operations efficient.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player. Responsibilities include customer service, planning, and scheduling, with a focus on project coordination and completion. Attention to detail, flexibility, and resourcefulness are essential.

Responsibilities

NO PLUMBING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Coordinate scheduling, permits, materials, and execution of jobs
• Manage ongoing jobs, provide daily updates, and handle invoicing in ServiceTitan
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding job updates, reschedules, and changes

Additional Duties

• Communicate end-of-day with technicians about upcoming jobs
• Assist with customer payment collections and financing applications
• Update and verify customer invoices for accuracy
• Coordinate logistics for rentals or goods movement
