• Knowledge of DYCD, DOH, OCFS regulations and funder requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, ensuring alignment with standards, contracts, and goals.
• Design schedules, curricula, and enrichment activities to meet participant needs and funder requirements.
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all participants.
• Develop recruitment and retention strategy to meet enrollment and targets.
• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and ensure staff training and development.
