Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking an Assistant Director of the Office of Undergraduate Curriculum, Policy, and Records (OUCPR) within the College of Arts and Sciences. You will oversee daily operations of the SRS team, manage academic records for thousands of students, and ensure policy compliance across systems.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), and at least two years in student services or higher education.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in higher education student affairs, public affairs, counseling, social work, education, business, or related field.
  • Master's degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience in student services, higher education, or related field (minimum 2 years).

Responsibilities

  • Serves as an Assistant Director of the Office of Undergraduate Curriculum, Policy, and Records (OUCPR) coordinating the daily operations of the Student Records and Services team.
  • Maintains academic records and ensures accuracy and compliance with policies, deadlines, and regulations.
  • Responds to student questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Collaborates with College and campus stakeholders on special projects related to student records and services.
