• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 8 years of professional experience.
• High level of technical skills and aptitude, especially with University systems and Excel.
• Extensive knowledge of university budget and accounting rules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise five Financial Team Leads and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Provide strategic analysis and support for financial reporting and workload management.
• Develop dashboards and monitor service levels across 20+ departments.
• Coordinate with Administrative Financial Director on budget planning and data reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial stewardship and efficiency.
• Serve as liaison for foundation financial matters and cross-office coordination.
