Assistant Director, Spirituality & Religious Life

Detailed Job Description

The Assistant Director is an integral part of the Campus Life team and will manage Spirituality and Religious Life programs, operations, and facilities. The AD will develop, coordinate, and oversee a range of programming and educational opportunities related to spirituality and religious life. The AD provides leadership and support to SRL groups including chaplains, organization staff, community members, student groups, and campus partners. The AD collaborates with a senior financial assistant on budget management, aligns strategies with Campus Life goals, and works with department leadership on facility use and policy development for SRL spaces. The AD may also support University Advancement efforts such as fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations, and assist campus partners in accommodating students' religious and spiritual needs. This position reports to the Senior Associate Director for Student Engagement and is a member of the Center for Campus Life’s administrative team.
