Job summary

Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation, a DriveTime Family of Brands servicing provider, seeks an Assistant Director of Servicing Strategy & Analytics. You will partner with senior leaders to develop data-driven strategies, lead an analytics team, and deliver insights to improve profitability and operations.

You will apply your SQL, Excel, and AI tooling skills while working with Snowflake, Streamlit, Sigma, and PowerPoint to create impactful dashboards and reports across operations and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science).
• 4+ years’ experience in business analytics or strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and add financial value in prior roles.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Ability to write SQL and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders, product, tech, data science, and operations to implement data-driven strategies.
• Become the subject matter expert for servicing and loss mitigation from data, processes, and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead and manage a team of analysts in project execution.
• Identify, track, and forecast main drivers and transactions of the organization.
• Drive large analytical initiatives to improve profitability and operations.
• Communicate insights and visualizations using AI tools and software (Snowflake, Streamlit, Sigma, PPT).
• Leverage emerging technologies to innovate and automate methods, processes, and reporting.
