NYU Langone Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Revenue Optimization and Process Improvement to drive strategic initiatives across the revenue cycle. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate data into actionable plans, and monitor impact on financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle operations, financial analysis, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of revenue optimization initiatives from opportunity to implementation and measurement.
• Identify and prioritize revenue improvement opportunities through analysis of performance and trends.
• Translate data into actionable strategies and executive-level business cases.
• Lead root-cause analyses and develop preventive solutions for recurring issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional workgroups among Revenue Cycle and IT teams.
• Oversee analytics in performance reporting, dashboards, and opportunity analyses.
