Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of policies and practices of the program area.

• Ability to carry out complex assignments and advise students on varied matters.
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate policy implications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a residential population of 2,500 students.
• Provide lead work direction for 3–4 staff including graduate assistants.
• Develop and implement comprehensive staff training programs.
• Manage the residential conduct and care program and adjudicate student conduct cases.
• Collaborate with University Student Conduct and related offices.
• Participate in leadership on-call rotations.
