Assistant Director-Residence Life
Assist with supervision of residence halls and administration of residence life activities. Facilitate community development that enhances student success and growth. Responsible for overseeing residence hall occupancy, managing auxiliary services, supervising hall facilities and furnishings. May coordinate conference and guest housing, maintain financial records and prepare reports. Act as a primary point of contact for residential students. May specialize in one of the following areas: (1) Staff Recruitment and Selection, (2) Staff Training and Development, (3) Staff Programming, (4) Student Leadership Development or (5) Operations. May receive room and board at the residence hall as part of the employment package.
Bachelor’s degree or related work experience

Salary range for this position is $44,000-$46,000. Appointment includes apartment on campus with utilities, reserved parking space (permit purchase required), and a block meal plan while classes are in session.
