The Town of Chapel Hill seeks an Assistant Director for Public Housing to administer and manage the Public Housing division within the Housing and Community Development Department. The role supports the Director in implementing strategic initiatives, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff supervision, resident engagement, policy development, and serving on senior leadership teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in public housing management or related field with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local public housing regulations and funding programs.
