Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Three years of experience in the training and supervision of graduate psychology students.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative and supervisory tasks for operating the counseling center's pre-doctoral internship program.
• Collaborate with the director to support staff development and clinical supervision best practices.
• Maintain awareness of APA and APPIC accreditation standards and regulatory changes.
• Conduct intake assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and manage crisis/urgent care as needed.
• Develop treatment plans, document care and coordinate referrals for off-campus services.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary treatment team activities.
• Provide campus outreach workshops and serve as a consultant to faculty, staff, and students.
