Job summary

Salem State University seeks an experienced professional to join the School of Social Work as the Assistant Director of Outreach and Community Engagement. This onsite role focuses on expanding our online MSW and BSW degree pathways while advancing accessible, equitable student experiences.

Reporting to the Associate Dean, you will lead outreach efforts, manage grant-funded initiatives, and collaborate with faculty and external partners to foster community engagement and program growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of documented post-graduate social work practice experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• A valid driver's License.
