Job summary

Mathnasium of South Charlotte is seeking an Assistant Director to lead a small team and help manage center operations after school hours and on weekends.

You will assist with identifying student needs, responding to leads, enrolling students, coaching staff, and ensuring engaging instruction while maintaining a supportive culture. A math-loving, trainable candidate with customer service and sales experience is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
