The Assistant Director of Strategic Analytics leads strategic analytics, assessment, reporting, and data-informed decision support for DIT’s academic technology, digital services, and related systems. The position helps DIT understand and improve service performance, technology adoption, cost, user experience, and the effectiveness of services supporting students, faculty, and staff.

The Assistant Director partners with DIT leaders, service owners, technical teams, and campus stakeholders to identify high-value questions and translate them into meaningful metrics, dashboards, reports, surveys, assessments, and actionable recommendations. The role leads the development of sustainable reporting and analytic practices, including operational dashboards, data pipelines, key performance indicators, and recurring decision-support products.
