To assist the Director of Security and Operational Risk in managing, supervising and critiquing the day-to-day security operations ensuring that there is a strong focus on the safety and security of our guest, associates and Hotel assets. Also to assist the Director of Security and Operational Risk in setting, demonstrating and monitoring the level of aggressive hospitality the guest, and associates, are receiving from the officers on a daily basis. Ensuring that all officers maintain a high level of visibility to guest and associates in all areas of the hotel. Assist in the training of all associates ensuring that they understand their roles in an emergency situation. Ensuring that the hotel is in compliance with all Federal and local laws.
Assisting the Director of Security and Operational Risk in leading the security departments towards a safe and secure work environment for all associates, providing reasonably care for all guest who enter our hotel and protecting the hotels assets.
