ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION – FULL TIME – CHAMPIONS HEALTHCARE – HOUSTON, TX

We are seeking a Licensed PT/OT/SLP/OTA or PTA to join our in-house therapy team at Champions Healthcare in Houston, TX as an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation.

We offer a DOR-in-Training program with hands-on management learning opportunities from top leaders, preparing you to become a Rehab Director within our growing organization. The role involves approximately 20% management training and 80% patient care. Experience/Qualifications:

• Licensed PT/OT/SLP/OTA or PTA
• SNF Experience Required
