Stetson University is looking for an innovative, strategic professional to serve as our Assistant Director of Regional Recruitment for Georgia. This isn’t just a recruiting role; it’s a chance to be Stetson’s trailblazer in Georgia. You’ll design and execute a recruitment strategy, represent Stetson at events, and connect with students and families through calls, emails, texts, and in-person conversations.
A key part of your success will come from working with the Atlanta Alumni Chapter to strengthen Stetson’s brand across Georgia. Together, you’ll collaborate on programs, host events, and engage alumni as powerful partners in recruitment, building a bridge between Stetson’s past and future.
While this position requires residency in Georgia, candidates in the greater Atlanta metro area are strongly preferred given the close connection to the Atlanta Alumni Chapter and key recruitment markets. Occasional travel to DeLand, Florida, will be required for training, strategy meetings, and major events.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Employment duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record as determined by the University’s auto insurance carrier.
