As Assistant Director of Regional Engagement, you’ll lead alumni engagement efforts across the country, including planning signature events like U of M Days, partnering with campus units on presidential travel, and spotlighting alumni impact through Behind the Scenes experiences. You’ll collaborate with volunteer leaders, shape engagement strategies, and help alumni stay connected to the U and each other. This role offers flexible work options, national travel, and a collaborative environment, providing a unique chance to make a lasting impact in alumni relations.
The University of Minnesota Alumni Association connects alumni, students, and friends, advocating for the University with a credible, independent voice. The Assistant Director will strengthen alumni engagement nationwide, working with campus partners and leading programs such as U of M Days, alumni networks, and national events. The role involves travel (4-6 trips/year) and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000, with flexible hybrid work options. Benefits include health plans, retirement, professional development, and more.
