The Assistant Director of Pharmacy will manage daily pharmacy services, drive cost-effective strategies, align with patient-care goals, and lead a team of pharmacists and technicians in a comprehensive health system. The role requires a Nevada pharmacist license, a BS Pharmacy, 5+ years in leadership, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of pharmacy operations.
• MS Office proficiency including Word and Excel; some Access knowledge.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director of Pharmacy manages the operations of Pharmacy Services in a cost-effective manner, including planning for new services, directing day-to-day operations, delegating responsibility and authority for providing services, continuously improving services to meet customer needs, assuring adequate resources are available, and integrating services with other professional services within and outside the medical center to assure continuity of care.
