The Assistant Director will supervise nursing care, direct unit operations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the Medical-Surgical Unit-I. Pay range is $125,000 to $162,600 per year, with compensation reflecting education and experience.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• BSN is required.
• Two years of acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care in the acute care setting within nursing practice standards.
• Direct and supervise all functions and activities in a patient care setting.
