Job summary
Canterbury is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services to lead and mentor the nursing team while ensuring delivery of high-quality resident care. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice.
- Coordinate with the Director of Nursing Services to develop, communicate and maintain nursing policies and procedures reflecting current practice and laws.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and corporate policies and procedures.
- Provide wound care as part of the role.
