Signature HealthCARE in Lexington, KY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Department at Mayfair Manor, a 98-bed skilled facility. The role emphasizes policy adherence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and high-quality resident care in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate brings RN licensure, 3+ years nursing experience, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, plus current CPR certification, to support and train stakeholders in delivering excellent

• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department in accordance with Company policies, and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to maintain quality care.
• Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.
