Diversicare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead and mentor our nursing team in a post-acute care setting in California. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staffing and training, and drive quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least three years of nursing experience with supervisory exposure, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.

• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
