White Oak Manor of Lancaster is seeking an experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing/Safety/Restorative to lead resident care and safety initiatives in a welcoming long-term care setting.

This full-time daytime role requires strong clinical skills, teamwork and a compassionate approach to geriatric residents, with collaboration across physicians and care teams.

Formación

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Passion for elderly care.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
