Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in maintaining quality care standards
• Supervise Nursing Services around the clock
• Assume DON responsibilities during their absence
• Lead and coordinate care plans
• Ensure delivery of quality care
• Oversee competency testing for nursing staff
• Prepare for state inspections
• Collaborate with department heads
• Provide 24-hour on-call emergency support
• Manage goals and roles within the nursing department
• Build and lead a nursing leadership team
• Address resident and family complaints

Requirements

• RN licensed in Missouri
