Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing for The Columbia Presbyterian Community. You will lead clinical programs, educate staff, and ensure regulatory compliance to create a warm, homelike experience for residents.

The role requires SC RN licensure, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of supervisory nursing experience, with strong computer skills and staff development abilities.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in nursing (SC RN license required).
• Current SC RN license and CPR certification.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a clinical setting.
• Proficient with electronic health records and basic software.
• Strong communication and staff-education abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate clinical care programs per state and federal guidelines.
• Educate staff on survey processes and compliance during rounds.
• Train staff on policies, procedures and long-term care regulations.
• Develop staffing plans and care strategies aligned with resident needs.
• Monitor safety, staff performance, and regulatory compliance in clinical areas.
• Support admissions with appropriate resident needs and documentation.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on QA and staff education.
• Perform on-call duties as required.
