About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility, offering up to $90k annually, based on experience. This is a leadership position within a progressive healthcare environment, focused on quality resident care and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining resident care standards.
• Manage records, reports, and staff orientation and training.
• Operate within budget and follow all policies and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work directly with residents and staff.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state.
• Strong management skills, adaptability, and positive attitude towards elderly care.
• Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications
