Summary of position
Responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining records, training staff, managing the department within budget, and following policies. Subject to on-call rotation.
This is a working manager position, requiring time on the floor with residents and staff.
