Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing and delivering nursing services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain resident care records.
  • Oversee orientation and training of nursing staff.
  • Manage the Nursing department within budget in the absence of the DON.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.

This is a working manager position, requiring time on the floor with residents and staff.

Requirements:
  • Current RN license.
  • Strong management and financial skills.
  • Flexibility for work schedule and occasional overnight travel.
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly residents.
  • Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft products.
Preferred:
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Post-acute care or healthcare experience.
