Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure quality, compassionate care. You will lead the care team to deliver meaningful experiences during advanced illness.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as an RN.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift up to 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
